PoE 3.13 Mauarder Chieftain Fire Blade Vortex Build is a super tanky, mobile build with great recovery and good bossing damage. ES version is WAY more expensive than LIFE version, but you can transition when you have enough currency for it.

Watcher's Eye with 1x Clarity Mana as Extra ES + Anger Phys as extra Fire. And Discipline if possible. A lot of Efficient Trainings and Brawns with Might of the Meeks. Unnatural Instinct when you can afford it (not really needed).

Bottled Faith is the most expensive one and gives the most damage of cause. Wise Oak can help with resists too, make sure your FIRE res is always the highest. 

 

Early Levelling Gear

If you are lacking experience or levelling gear, i would recommend levelling with Holy Flame Totem or even Warchief Totem and later respec into BV.

Blade Vortex is pretty annoying in the beginning, but once you get UNLEASH SUPPORT it becomes better and smooth. I personally have no problems levelling with just BV, but since the majority of players are impatient zoomers, you may level with something other than BV.

You will most likely be levelling with the LIFE version of the build. I do not have a life levelling tree for this build, but you can easily check poe.ninja for that:

Generic Life BV Chieftain wields a Kaom's Heart, The Signal Fire and a +many levels bow.

For life version you can use Xoph's Blood to get free Avatar of Fire or Astramentis to get extra stats as well.

Black Sun Crest is also a great helm till the point when you will start min-maxing your rings.
