Lastest Poe 3.2 Ranger Builds
The Ranger is Path of Exile's pure dexterity class, which befits her slim and graceful appearance. She is agile and fast, darting in and out of combat to deliver vicious critical strikes that often fell her enemies in a single blow. Her natural quickness grants her a profound ability to avoid damage, and she tends to garb herself in light leathers and cloth. She has the great proficiency with ranged weapons, but she is as lethal as any man on the battlefield with a sword. If you are looking for PoE 3.2 Ranger Builds, Right here, On then you're in the proper location. Within this Post, PoeCurrencyBuy Will share you Lastest Ranger Builds.

NO.1 [PoE 3.2 Raider] MF Windripper Raider - TS/LA and Barrage - Read FAQ - PoB Link
The build is 100% fine.
Biscos is killed. I recommend using an Ilvl 85+ Shaped amulet with T1 Quantity on it, Instead of discos.
Raider is excellent, No Nerfs to the tree. Some might choose to go with an avatar of the chase route now. Up to you if you want to go with an avatar of the chase route remember you won't have elemental immunity.
Try stacking Abyss when using Chil Sol or just mapping. Abyss jewels With Flat Elemental Damage are Best in Slot now.
Deadeye Ascendancy buffed in 3.2, and I know some people are asking what the nodes to take care, I've included them in the Image below. That's just my suggestion.
Why not Pathfinder?
Pathfinder can achieve 1 Additional Projectile for Barrage with a lot of changes to the skill tree, But I've found raider is a much smoother experience with frenzy charges and the fast gameplay it provides.
Is Headhunter or Acuity Required?
Not at all. I farmed both in 2 weeks from just playing this build.
Isn't 5.6k life low?
At the first look, it seems low, as some HC players run around with more than 10k life.
But you'll find evasion/dodge, and you were knocking back enemies is more than enough.
Do I need the +2 Barrage/TS Enchant or +1 Quiver to make it work?
+2 Barrage is not required but is a great asset to have. Same with +1 Quiver.
An excellent rare for Wed/Crit Multi/Life/Ele Rolls will be better than a Non-+1 Quiver.
Ringwald quills is another good option if you're only focusing on mapping as it gives a free fork to your skills
Is this a Good League Starter Build?
It is, since you start as an Elemental Bow Char, the Source of DPS will be mostly from Wrath, Added, Lightning and Flat Elemental Damage on Gear.
You'll be MF build generating lots of Poe currency!
Can I use a Drillneck?
No! Drillneck only has AS, and life is going for it, a rare Elemental quiver will always be better.
How Expensive is this Build?
A 5L wind ripped, and a 6L rare chest will get your started easy.
How do I get more DPS?
Rings/Amulet with Flat Lightning/Cold - Elemental Damage - Crit multi - Accuracy
Why Lioneye's Fall?
Because we use it to convert the claw leech and Crit Chance/Multi to Bow modifiers which are an insane damage boost.
If you cannot afford Lioneyes jewel. Don't pick up the claw nodes instead get the duelist leech nodes.
Do I Need Point Blank?
Don't use point blank if this is just going to be a mapping character.
Use Point blank if this is going to be an all-rounder Character.
What About +1 Frenzy Dark Ray Vectors?
Use the if you have em. Great pair of boots for the build as they give a lot of dodge and damage from frenzy charges.
Pros:
+ Lots of fun
+ Can do every Boss in the game
+ MF Build
+ Movement speed and ailment/curse immunity make for smooth playstyle
Cons:
- Expensive!
- Can't-do elemental reflect maps with -max mod
- Life is a bit low without right gear
- Chimera is the hardest Guardian for this build

NO.2 [PoE 3.2 Pathfinder] That Doomfletch Life
This build guide made in the standard. But you can do league-based/cheaper iterations and still achieve excellent damage.
Mirrored weapons are fantastic, but you can't change their colors if you change your mind about what skill you'd like to use. The great thing about using Doomfletch is all of your GG/mirrored gear is jewelry/gloves/boots, so if any new attack skills come out, merely recolor your 6L to your liking, and you can always switch it up! GGG releases new skills and new support gems ever so often, and being able to change your colors of your main 6L to see what you like best is a significant part of playing this game!
We now gain three flask charges every 3 seconds. Nerf -> Reduced Elemental Damage Taken down from 8% to 6%. UNPLAYABLE (jk). The core build remains the same; I will be updating another variant of the build which I currently play using Elder Astral, 1 Doomfletch, and Abyss Jewels. However, this is just a variant and can still play like the original.
Before my res where equalized, it was like the dark ages.I play only standard no time for the league, and one of my first investments after the core gear was legacy flasks it's crazy, and when you balance wise oak, the DPS is insane. Would you recommend using LA with the original build or TS is still better.+
☑ 4 BiS Items are inexpensive uniques
☑ Great for Chaining Maps
☑ Melts Bosses
☑ No Viktor
☑ No Mirrored Weapon needed
☑ Change your 6L colors whenever you'd like
☑ Weapon Swap for Single Target Barrage

NO.3 [PoE 3.2 Raider] Ultimate EleBuzzsaw (Easily Clear All Content U-Lab/U-Atziri/Shaper etc.)
When I look for "Top Tier" in a build, I have many requirements that must meet. I want a build that can clear ALL content (maps/shaper/lab/Atziri + Ubers etc.). It must be FUN and ENGAGING, not cost an extraordinary amount of currency, and can be a league starter with the ability to do all content later on as you upgrade and invest in your character. On top of this, it must have fast movement or move skills and not have to worry about any weird issues that ruin builds for me (such as running out of mana, dying in one hit, not lacking in single target capability, etc.)
All in all, finding a build that suits me and has all of these things can be a tall order to fill. Luckily I have perfected my spectral throw ELE buzzsaw build which fits me perfectly! Hope you all enjoy!
I think this build is very viable and fun as a league starter. I used it again the last league with no issues. However, the price on local did get jacked up pretty high previous League which slows it down a tad I guess. First couple days it was like 20-30c, but think about a month at a price peaked on Lyco at like four Poe Exalted Orb.
Still, think its beautiful personally but if your someone who plays for weeks and in that time you gather 10c there are some better builds you can go for league start for sure.
Pros:
Entertaining and engaging build to play
Spectral Throw MTX (buzzsaw or reaver) both look amazing! (Hope to get Lunaris boss from act 8 MTX at some point!!)
Breakneck pace build
Incredible movement speed with whirling blades
One of the best AOE clears in the game hands down
Amazing Single Target capabilities as well
Vaal Haste + Vaal Grace take it yet another step further
Free frenzy charge generation via ascendancy class
Vaal pact + insane damage gives ridiculous amounts of leech
Can do almost all map mods (avoid no leech, ELE reflect)
Able to do all content (all maps, uber Atziri, all labs, shaper, and guardians)
Phasing on your character makes him look badass
Nice defensive capabilities
Easy/Cheap to gear with room for lots of improvements as you get more currency
Cons:
Ele Reflect maps are NOT possible
Can not leech maps are NOT possible
Can be decently expensive to fully min/max yourself for endgame gear

NO.4 [PoE 3.2 Raider] Fivers Frostblades Raider - 2+ mil Shaper DPS - Fast evident speed
Poe 3.2 is ahead of us, and there are some changes to the build. Nothing major, however, and I would consider the new patch a buff. As of now, I will not switch around any items. I'll have to wait and see what options there are when the league starts.
The only significant change to the build is the ascendancy.
Instead of getting Avatar of the Veil, we now go for Avatar of the Chase. Both are viable options though. Missing out on the immunity to elemental ailments is the only downside with switching path.
We are also replacing Ice Bite with Melee Physical Damage.
With the changes to rapid assault and avatar of the chase, the onslaught branch in the raider ascendancy is perfect.
Thanks to rapid assault, we will have onslaught up 100% of the time.
With the bonuses from that part of the ascendancy, and onslaught active, we will get:
30% increased evasion rating
40% increased damage
40% increased move speed
40% increased attack speed
25% melee evade
25% projectile evade
It's insane. I'm probably going to take this instead of quartz infusion and avatar of the veil.
I need to do some testing though. I don't think avatar of the slaughter will be replaced, but I am not going to rule it out before trial.
Pros:
+ Fast clear speed
+ Very good DPS
+ Constant phasing and full frenzy charges
+ Can do all content
+ fun playstyle
+ High dodge and evade chance
Cons:
- Can't-do elemental reflect maps
- Could be Tankier. (Can Facetank most content, but some things can be nasty)
- Can get expensive

NO.5 [PoE 3.2 Raider] Semi-MF Caustic Arrow Raider + ED Swap - 6k+ Health - All Content Deathless - In-depth
Starting with the most critical question: "Why Raider of all classes?"
For speed, defensive abilities, and massive QoL features. The build's purpose is to quickly run through maps immune to majority of ailments while remaining mobile against bosses without having to rely on utility flasks. CA isn't a useful boss killing skill after all, so that takes time in high tier maps. That's also where ED weapon swap comes in, to take them down in seconds.
The build is the tanky endgame, with over 6k life pool, above ~35k evasion (jade flask up), 46% dodge and 40% spell dodge. If you get hit, you can instantly heal with Flasks to counter the damage and move on. Unless you run a very deadly map or screw up, it's hard to die with this build.
I've been playing Caustic Arrow since 2.0 league (around 2.5 years ago!). After a long time evolution, i'm sure that this version of CA build is the strongest, smoothest and most versatile of them all. Everything with the possibility of going MF.
In presence looks like a good amulet to start the league with. It's pretty good stat wise (high HP, high DoT, Onyx base) and the free Despair blasphemy. It's a better alternative to Witchfire Brew I've been suggesting for first mapping if you lack the damage. With it and jade flask you should be able to run through mobs and curse without fear of dying at all.
However, in the long run, it doesn't feel like it's worth it. You could craft a better amulet with an Envy essence, on a better base (Marble/Agate). Blasphemy still has the annoying issue of canceling your CoH curse, and you should be able to kill monsters outside of its range in endgame anyway. Same goes for Maddening Presence.
Pros
* Cheap starting cost, can be used as league starter
* Very easy to play
* Tanky end game, 6k life without life from quiver
* Fast without flasks (over 80% ms, high AS)
* Flexible build, choose your flasks or how much you want to go MF / damage / tanky
* Can run any map mod, including "No regen."
* Capable of killing all end game bosses deathless
* 79% max res while mapping (Divination Distillate)
* Permanent flask uptime while mapping (except bosses)
Cons
* Expensive end game gear (+3 Chaos Staff, 2x Empower 4, works fine with 2x Empower 3 tho)
* Weapon swap might be annoying
* CA damage might feel a bit lackluster in abyss/breaches
Q: Why not use Queen of the Forest if you want to be fast?
A: So I can use other amazing chests I mentioned. I still use QotF for carrying services. (~180% MS)
Q: Wouldn't Blight be better for bossing?
A: That's essential question. Without a doubt, it kills bosses faster, and you might want to use it against shaper guardians or shaper himself. That's not exactly the case for all bosses, however. In some fights, there are too short windows to get up close for Blight to be any useful. In another fight, you might be forced to keep your distance. ED synergizes much better with CA playstyle. If you want to, you can use Blight instead, or even both Blight and ED depending on the boss you're facing. They use the same gem setup after all.
Q: How about Mirage Archer?
A: But... why? You're already very fast, and you lose at least 40% more dmg on your DoT. Besides, have to keep that Divination flask running. It can't curse people in CoH - Despair setup either, or generate frenzy charges for you.
Q: How about Abyssal Cry?
A: You won't need it for clearing monsters quickly. Only useful for maybe abysses or some bosses with adds, but you got ED swap for bosses so... not worth it.
Q: You keep mentioning breach, what's the problem?
A: There are three issues with it.
#1 - Tanky rares, especially Hexproof ones. You can kill them but slowly, and ED swap is a bit too slow for this usually.
#2 - Opening the breach. Sometimes you happen to spawn inside a massive pack of mobs. It can be deadly in red maps. It should be safe with Vaal Grace tho.
#3 - Mana issues. In full open Maps, you're going to have problems sustaining the mana. Covering such big area means a lot of CA clouds. I do not recommend running breach in no regen maps for that reason. If it's a linear map, it shouldn't be a problem tho.
Q: Guide says it's HC build, but all your gear and character is in standard wtf
A: I screwed up and died to twinned Core Malachai this league. Took a teleport slam I could easily avoid, but I didn't notice in time (he tied on top of other Malachi). That was after I Facerolled the fight all the way to 2nd heart destroyed.
Q: Is it right for party play?
A: No, at best 2/3 man party.

NO.6 [PoE 3.2 Deadeye] Kinetic Blast Deadeye [Magic Find Speed Mapper]
Deadeye boosts every part of Kinetic Blast. The extra projectile works for both phases of KB, the additional area of effect is huge for creating overlaps in damage, accuracy, and projectile speed all help us in making Kinetic Blast the best it can be.
Pros:
Fast and Strong. One tap packs. Fly through maps. Kinetic Blast clears everything on your screen. And sometimes things around corners or off-screen.
Magic Find. Doesn't take much for this build to be sturdy. You can realistically use KB on as little as a 4-link or (most barrage-for-single-target-setups already do this). The combo of speed clearing and stacking Increased Item Quantity (IIQ) make this building ideal for chaining maps.
Single Target. When the boss is against a wall or around mobs then KB shreds.
Evasion and Dodge. Without getting too much into the nitty-gritty, these things are similar but different defensive layers. If you want an in-depth explanation to go to the Questions section. The short of the long is that we rarely get hit twice in a row and when combined with a high leech and leech rate we top off before taking another hit.
Far Shot Playstyle. This is the opposite playstyle of Point Blank. By nature, standing further away from the damage will mean you die less.
Cons:
Not a good "all-around" build. This build is not designed to see all the content in the game. I made this build in 3.1 with the goal of being an excellent Shaped Vault farmer.
Have to reroll some map mods. Reflect is not possible and Avoid Ailments is doable but much less satisfying due to Herald of Ice shatters.
Single Target. If the boss isn't against a wall or not around other mobs, it can be a pain.
Have not tested Hardcore. Most likely not hardcore viable. I wouldn't want to roll a dodge based character in Hardcore. You'd probably want to go max block or life stacking at which point you're losing out on a lot of quality of life that this build is designed for.
Can be high budget. It depends on how high of content you want to farm. Balancing life pool, defense, and IIQ will dictate how high of maps you can run. Insane Jewels and Headhunter can min-max this build, and you could easily spend over 200 exalts.
3.2 Updates:
Deadeye buffs! Ascendancy changes for some options like MORE speed, free pierce, and doubled accuracy along with a whole host of other helpful buffs to existing nodes we already took. The AoE and other project are still intact so this build is alive and well. This will remain an excellent choice for blasting through maps in the Bestiary League.
