GGG officially announced PoE 3.6 league in the 20th, 2019. The main NPC of this expansion is Cavas, a spirit who has lost all his memories and want you to help find them. As always, Poecurrency collect PoE 3.6 Scion Ascendant builds for player, including Flicker Strike, Elemental Hit skill and Arakaali's Fang. Some of which are great for league starter, farming, cheap, low budget available, and some powerful, fast, boss killer, endgame, popular builds for old players.

3.6 Scion Ascendant Builds

[POE 3.6 Scion] Best Synthesis Flicker Strike Ascendant Builds (PC,PS4,Xbox) - Fast, Tankly, Boss Killer

Pros

+ Fast mapping
+ Very tanky - Even Rippy T15 and T16 maps feel safe
+ Boss Killer - 1 to 4 million single target shaper dps depending on gear
+ Affordable base of gear can kill shaper (2-3ex)
+ No clunky gear swaps, weapon swaps or gem swaps

Cons

- Lots of backtracking to pick up loot.
- Little control over where flicker strike brings you. Delving with flicker strike is not recommended. Use molten strike to safely clear delves, details below in gem section.
- Playing flicker strike with more than 100ms feels horrible.
- Endgame character optimization gets expensive.
The build performs well in 99% of content on just a few exalts, but to create a truly OP character takes a large currency investment (16-20ex). Optimizing further beyond that gets even more expensive.
- Using flicker strike will violently shake your screen. Some people find this very uncomfortable to look at. Please watch videos before deciding if this build is right for you.

Core Mechanism

1. How to summon spider quickly and effectively, and deal with the idle time before spider's disappearance?
The best way is: Cast when Damage Taken (lvl1) - Desecrate (lvl1) - Desecrate (quality) (lvl1) - Orb of Storms (lvl1)
Method: press the "Doedre's Elixir" and the Writhing Jar at the same time, 18 spiders will be summoned up immediately.
P.S. one Desecrate with quality is necessary, so that two Desecrate will generate time differences to avoid that a Desecrate is triggered in the same cast time.
2. Aspect of the Cat with 50% reduced Visibility to Enemies + Phase Run 50% reduced Visibility to Enemies help you hide yourself all the way.
Way 1 - Handover rings to refresh CD of Aspect of the Cat's hiding effect. It's tedious but effective because you needn’t change equipment.
Way 2 - Main hand + off hand 1 Arakaali's Fang+weapon enchanted by Aspect of the Cat is switched to Main hand + off hand 2 another Arakaali's Fang+weapon enchanted by Aspect of the Cat to refresh CD of Aspect of the Cat's hiding effect. It's easy to do, but lose the damage of combination of Victario's Charity and Necromantic Aegis.

POE Scion Scourge Arrow Ascendant Build - Safe, Lab Runner, Boss Killer

Pros

+ Maps and Delves quickly and safely
+ Decent amount of health (currently ~6500 on my char)
+ Incredible boss DPS and survivability, Completely Uber Elder viable and does NOT require any changes to your setup to do so
+ Stupid amounts of overleech thanks to Soul of Arachnoxia Pantheon, also makes this build great at sustaining Darkness in Delves
+ Great Lab runner
+ Freezes everything other than the top bosses, turning most mobs into target dummies
+ Very satisfying Herald of Ice explosions
+ High movement speed
+ Best of all, absolutely no gem swapping required

Cons

- Cannot do Elemental Reflect or No Leech maps
- Scourge Arrow can get buggy when firing through small doorways and sometimes won't shoot through them
- Not HoGM viable
