This Build was super straightforward and rapid. This Build at 1.eight mill DPS for barrage based on POB. Build gear is far from the very best. However, the shaper and guardians are quick regardless. The setup above uses for shaper and maps except switch out my portal gem for Herald of Thunder for Shaper rather of Herald of Ice.

- Pricey towards the Endgame because you desire T1 Life on each Item attainable (+1 Barrage Enchant)
- From time to time also fast

With the nerf to Vaal Pact in 3.1, this build required a full change. Here it is. It now dual wields claws and uses a multi-purpose hyperlink. This Build has no Belly; no boots enchant, no Gripped Gloves, no +3 Molten Strike Starkonja, no rare perfect claws, no opal rings. All of those would make the game 10x more comfortable, but you don't have to have them.

Pros:
+ Excellent clear speed
+ Good single target
+ Speedy, nice QoL
+ High defenses

Cons:
- Relying on dodge, which is RNG
- Not HC viable
- Not the best league starter

NO.3 [Poe 3.1 Build] Ashrend/Lioneye 7 Link Raider - All Guardians & Shaper Down in Abyss

This build has excellent map clear with TS and colossal barrage DPS with seven hyperlink - amazing at killing bosses. You can shoot all the content in PoE very, very rapid without spending a lot. This build has around ~ 5k hp and relies on manual skills when dodging boss one-shots. Having ~50% attack dodge chance and 40% for spell dodge chance helps plenty (75% with Vaal grace).

Items posted here are always items farmed/crafted/bought by me and Items that I am currently employing on my Raider in a given Temp league. I don't play standard. There is no PoB crafted imaginary items or any legacy stuff in this build.

NO.4 [Poe 3.1 Build] MF Windripper Raider - TS/LA and Barrage - Read FAQ - PoB Link

Pathfinder can achieve 1 Additional Projectile for Barrage with a lot of changes to the skill tree, But I've found raider is a much smoother experience with frenzy charges and the fast gameplay it provides.
Updated Skill Trees And for Leech concerns it seems fine won't be able to leech shapers beam etc. For mana leech, i would recommend grabbing mana leech nodes (essence sap) just grab one or more if needed.
Ringwald Quills will most likely be Bis, this league for only TS Users. But a Shaper mod Quiver can roll +1 arrow and corrupt for another +1 Arrow!
Bandits: Skill Points
Pantheon: Yugul and significant God is up to you


Pros:
+ Lots of fun
+ Can do every single Boss in the game
+ MF Build
+ Movement speed and ailment/curse immunity make for smooth playstyle
+ Can tank sharper's beam with flasks up. lol

Cons:
- High-priced!
- Can't-do elemental reflect maps with -max mod / can do either fine on there own
- Int cap can be hard to reach / 159 required for level 21 wrath
- Life is often a bit low without the need for right gear
- Chimera is the hardest Guardian for this build / use a Seething Life flask of Staunching

NO.5 [Poe 3.1 Build] Sidefx Frost Blades - Quick MAPPER, Can boss! Who needs Vaal Pact?

This build focuses on high attack speed to unleash a series of chaining projectiles with 86% cold pen, high crit chance and fantastic attack speed in an almost 360 radius around you, killing every little thing that dares come close.
The weapon range increases with each level of Frost Blades, so even if it is a melee skill, with proper positioning, you will be out of harms way most of the times you`re in a fight.
It is a full Elemental build at 100% raw conversion, dealing no physical harm, therefore physical reflect mods will not affect you.
Evident speed wise, while not competing with Vaal Spark (dead), it is faster than most builds out there and somewhat cheaper.
Just a 4-Link setup can get you up to T10 maps if you`re careful.
This Build can be a Softcore build. If you wish to play Hardcore, just make sure you pick more Life nodes rather than Harm nodes.

NO.6 [Poe 3.1 Build Raider] Ultimate EleBuzzsaw Easily Clear All Content U-Lab/U-Atziri/Shaper etc

When I look for "Top Tier" in a build, I have many requirements that must be met. I want a build that can clear ALL content (maps/shaper/lab/Atziri+ Uber etc.). It must be FUN and ENGAGING, not cost an extraordinary amount of currency, and can be a league starter with the ability to do all content later on as you upgrade and invest in your character. On primary of this, it must have quick movement or move skills and not have to worry about any weird issues that ruin builds for me (such as running out of mana, dying in one hit, not lacking in single target capability, etc.)
All in all, finding a build that suits me and has all of these things can be a tall order to fill. Luckily I have perfected my spectral throw Elemental buzzsaw build which fits me completely! Hope you all enjoy!

Pros:
+ Very fun and engaging build to play
+ Spectral Throw MTX (buzzsaw or reaver) each look amazing! (Hope to get Lunaris boss from act eight MTX at some point!!)
+ Breakneck pace build
+ Incredible movement speed with whirling blades
+ One of your ideal AOE clears in the game hands down
+ Amazing Single Target capabilities as properly
+ Vaal Haste + Vaal Haste take it yet another step further
+ Free frenzy charge generation via ascendancy class
+ Vaal pact + insane damage gives ridiculous amounts of leech
+ Can do almost all map mods (avoid no leech, Elemental reflect)
+ Able to do all content (all maps, uber Atziri, all labs, shaper, and guardians)
+ Phasing on your character makes him look badass
+ Nice defensive capabilities

Cons:
- Ele Reflect maps are NOT plausible
- Can not leech maps are NOT attainable
- Can be moderately highly-priced to fully min/max for endgame gear
- All leech is Elemental dmg, so any physical leech from tree/jewels/gear does not work

NO.7 [Poe 3.1 Build Raider] TheAmigoShotz! -Life-based Windripper Raider! Insane Clearspeed + Deathless Shaper!

If you are one of the lucky guys in possession of a Windripper, this might be the build for you.
TheAmigoShotz is capable of clearing end game maps, Atziri + Shaper, the endgame labyrinth and most map mods. The build also has two options, a Raider version and a Pathfinder version (not that in-depth).

DISCLAIMER: This Build is not Good for beginners. Some of your gear can be a little highly-priced and require understanding to know what stats you wish on your rares. So I would not recommend this as a complete starter build.

NO.8 [Poe 3.1 Build Raider] Pathfinder Crit BV - Dedicated Uber Lab Farmer - 375%+ Movement Speed

This build is specifically designed to farm the Endgame Uber Lab efficiently. This Build is not the fastest character and will not break any records. Please keep reading with the expectation of generating currency and not rank one jewel.

Queen in the Forest
Now has 200 to 240% increased Evasion Rating (down from 240 to 380%). The movement speed bonus this item can provide has been capped at 100% for all versions.
Changes to evasion base types in The Fall of Oriath both pushed the evasion rating of this item too high and took the movement speed this Item granted to an extreme. We never intended for a single Item to be able to provide so much movement speed. Over time as more movement speed and evasion became available, this Item has become unreasonable. The movement speed players were attaining was not something that the game was designed to handle. This cap is unlikely to affect the average use of this item.

Pros:
+ An undeniably efficient build that combines insane movement speed, excellent damage, up to 90% chance to evade, and up to 25% chance to block.

Cons:
- The build is one of the more annoying things to level with until you pass a certain gear threshold and have appropriately leveled gems. Getting the colors needed on most gear will be an absolute pain in the neck without the need of - having a fair amount of Poe currency.

The purpose of this build is for those that don't like to party or do boss runs, although, with the changes introduced in 2.2, it now functions reasonably for boss runs and can work decently in parties as long as you're willing to organize a culling setup for bosses and such. That said, this structure is designed specifically for solo map farming with good MF, life, and res balance, combined with a relatively fast evident speed.

Pros:
+ Earn 0.5ex/hr without having sold a DAMN THING. (See the FAQ)
+ Speedy pack evident speed, solid boss kill speed (pending 3.0 boss changes?).
+ Runs any map mod
+ Extremely mobile
+ Cheap starting cost (buy any item level 64 5L bow for 5c, alt-spam for +2 bow gems) NOTE: +2 bow gems needs an Ilvl 64+ bow
+ Atziri capable (just remove Andvarius'. Or don't, if you're badass!)
+ HC was viable with some adjustments.

Cons:
- Semi-Late Acrobatics - the mid 50s.
- It's evasion, so it's prone to physical burst damage if entropy hates you.
- Not the fastest leveling, but it is better in 3.0.
